Hi, I'm Tracey. I'm passionate about helping people build strength, improve their health, and create habits that genuinely fit into everyday life. Whether your goal is building confidence, improving body composition, increasing strength, or simply feeling healthier and more energetic, my aim is to help you create results that are sustainable and realistic.
I believe coaching is about more than qualifications or achievements. While experience matters, my focus has always been on the person in front of me — understanding their goals, supporting their journey, and giving them the best guidance I can to help them create lasting change.

I decided I wanted to compete in a fitness or bikini competition a while ago but needed a coach. Tracey is who I came across and she did a fantastic job. I had been lifting weights on and off for almost 2 years but the changes I saw in 7 weeks of preparation with a diet and program from her was amazing. Tracey tailored everything for my goals and my body making necessary adjustments each time results from skin folds came in. During prep she was supportive even when I went off plan and helped to get me back on track, always believing in me. I'm looking forward to continuing on with Tracey to see what changes I can make for a competition next year!
Tracey is genuinely the best personal trainer I have ever been with. I started with Tracey at the start of this year and the way she has transformed me is so unbelievable to me. At first I told her my goal was to just lose weight and tone up and she made a fully detailed plan and was so organised with it. I saw results so quickly compared to when I was exercising by myself or previous trainers. Few months down the track I told her I wanted to start powerlifting because I loved the feeling of lifting my max weights and she developed a whole new plan for me and is currently training me for a competition. Tracey is no doubt one of the most knowledgeable, organised and encouraging people I have ever met and I am so lucky to have her as my personal trainer.
