Hi, I'm Tracey. I'm passionate about helping people build strength, improve their health, and create habits that genuinely fit into everyday life. Whether your goal is building confidence, improving body composition, increasing strength, or simply feeling healthier and more energetic, my aim is to help you create results that are sustainable and realistic.

I believe coaching is about more than qualifications or achievements. While experience matters, my focus has always been on the person in front of me — understanding their goals, supporting their journey, and giving them the best guidance I can to help them create lasting change.

I decided I wanted to compete in a fitness or bikini competition a while ago but needed a coach. Tracey is who I came across and she did a fantastic job. Absolutely — beginners often see the most dramatic results. Every programme starts with a thorough assessment and I'll teach you every movement from scratch before adding any challenge. You'll be in safe, patient hands.
Research shows significant results from just 2–3 sessions per week. Your programme will be structured to deliver maximum impact within the time you can realistically commit. Consistency always beats volume.
Yes — and often strength training can be an important part of improving health, movement, and quality of life. Every program is tailored to your health history, current limitations, and personal goals. Where appropriate, I can work alongside your GP or other healthcare professionals to ensure your training is safe and suitable.
This is one of the most common misconceptions. Building significant bulk requires years of specific effort and surplus calories. Most clients — especially women — gain lean, defined muscle that makes them look and feel genuinely stronger.
Nutrition guidance is included in all programmes. For clients requiring detailed nutrition guidance related to medical conditions or specific health needs, I recommend consulting with an Accredited Practising Dietitian.
In-person sessions are held at Genesis Health Club, Bull Creek, with online coaching also available — allowing me to work with clients across Australia and around the world.
