Optimising Nutrition 

Over the years I have discovered that we are all unique, and that no single nutrition plan fits all people. That is why I use an individualised approach to nutrition.

Using the many skills I have aquired over the years as a trainer, coach and competitor, I understand that everyone is different and what works for one person does not necessarily work for another.

When using a personalised approach to nutrition there are many things to be taken into consideration, such as differing goals, hormones, gender and lifestyle factors.

Where possible I use  Bioprint (If you are in the Perth metro area), to optimise nutrition and supplementation to accelerate results and help eliminate those stubborn areas, as well as support your training goals.
