Why do I need an individual program?

Why can't I click on the latest program for scuplted thighs or bigger arms and use that?

I'm not saying you can't and you will get some results to a point, but as I said before, we are not all created equally! What works for one person doesn't always work for another.

I have found, through working with many different types of people, that this is often the case.
