More About Me . . . .
Hi there, this is a little bit more about who I am and how I got here.
Firstly I have had over 14 years experience working with people on a individualised basis, helping them acheive their health and fitness goals, ranging from fatloss to increased athletic performance.
My passion for knowledge about health and fitness has led me around the globe to the USA and Europe, allowing me to bring back some of the best training methods to Perth. I have had the good fortune to train with some of the world’s best known strength and conditioning coaches, including Charles Poliquin, Dmitry Klokov and Pierre Roy as well as attend courses by Milos Sarcev, Ben Pakulski and Monica Brant.
My own fitness journey has seen me do a complete turn around, from starting out running marathons to stepping on stage in a bikini as a figure competitor in IFBB and INBA bodybuilding shows.
I have also been lucky enough to feature in Women’s Health and Fitness Australia and Oxygen Magazines.
For those of you who like credentials, some of my qualifications include:
Cert 3&4 in Fitness, Metabolic Analytics , AWF L1&2 Weightlifting, Pilates APMA L1 Matwork and equipment, Poliquin Fatloss, Hypertrophy and Olympic Lifting Internships. Programming and Advanced Programing. Kinetic Chain Enhancement L1-L3, Dry needling and many rehab courses as well as AMT (applied muscle testing)
