STRONG, HAPPY, HEALTHY
We each have a unique code, a certain some-thing that defines us, certain values we want to work toward and base our decisions upon.
Part of my code is based around these 3 words, Strong, Happy, Healthy.
They appear in all areas of my life work, home and play. Strength comes in all forms, both inner and outer.
Strong Body, Strong Spirit , Strong Mind.
The definition of strength is power, potency or toughness. In strength there is great beauty.
"Strength does not come from winning.
Your struggles develop your strengths.
When you go through hardships and decide
not to surrender, that is strength"
Happiness is universal and laughter a gift. There are many circumstances in life that can drag us down if we let them. I am no saint here and guilty as charged, I fall victim to this many times, but try to recognise this trait within myself and correct it. One of the ways I do this is to search for and acknowledge the good in my life.
This doesn't mean I ignore the regular things that, quite frankly, irritate me. I don't live in the land of the eternal unicorns, nice though it may be. It means I look for the good things, the things that lift my spirits and make me smile. If I can tip the scales to at least 51% sunshine n rainbows, then I am winning. This helps me to see the positive things in life and focus on them.

Last but not least, healthy. I feel that so many people overlook the importance of their health until it is lost.
The biggest, influencing factor here is nutrition. If what we are consuming is more life detracting than life enhancing then do the maths. . . . it is an equation for disaster. I could expand on this with stories about fast food, alcohol, sugar, pesticides etc, but with modern technology and the rise of social media, most of us now know the pitfalls. It is what we choose to do about them that counts.
I believe Strong, Happy and Healthy is the winning combo to get us through this life.
