Look After Yourself

" Take Care of your body it's the only place you have to live" Jim Rohn.

That just about sums it up. Everything I believe, in one sentence! As a nation we have a tendency to buy expensive cars to travel in, pretty handbags and shoes for the ladies and sometimes the men! Then there are the things for the houses we cohabit, computers, tablets, big screen TV's, high quality sound systems etc, etc. But when it comes to the real house we live in, the one that carries us around everyday, we invest the least attention, time and money.

It seems funny to say, but it is our body that houses us for life. It moves around and transports us worldwide if needed. It is that, that we see everyday, greeting us in the mirror, the face that smiles back at us. It is what we present to the world and say "hey, this is me, this is who I am".

I don't know about you, but I want to present the best version of myself that I can, I want to take care of the vessel that is carrying me around, nourish it with the best source of fuel, keep it strong, healthy and in good working order, both inside and out. I want to learn as much as is possible and keep updating my brain, the epicentre of my being, with as much new information as I am able.

Unlike the things we purchase, it cannot be replaced with a new one! Well, there are a few new parts and add ons available, but after training people with new hips and knees, pig valves and other bits n pieces, I would like to hang on to all my own body parts for as long as possible.

In being the best version of yourself, body, mind and spirit, you can help others to be the best they can also.

So why not choose to live a Strong, Happy and Healthy life and invest more time and money in yourself!

Here are three of the most important things you can do to help you acheive a better body and lead a healthier life. . . . . . .

1) Sleep more

2) Stay Hydrated and drink plenty of water

3) Eat nourishing foods
